Manage Schedule

The Manage Schedule dialog is opened by clicking the Manage Schedule... button in the Configure Service dialog.

When the service is enabled it performs the two following functions:

 

Deploys signatures to OWA, Office 365 and Blackberry Enterprise Server, and
Generates signatures to be applied to emails sent from mobile devices by the Transport Agent, if this is enabled in the Transport Agent Rules dialog.

 

The frequency that this occurs is controlled using the slider in the Signature Deployment and Generation Interval box, and can be configured from once every hour to once a day. When the service is started, an initial deployment and generation of signatures is performed. and then subsequently as follows:

 

When the interval is set to once a day, the deployment will always occur at midnight of each subsequent day.
When the interval is set to a shorter frequency (i.e. less than every day), the deployment will occur at the specified interval after the service is started.

 

Once the interval has been configured, click the OK button to apply the changes and close the dialog, or click the Close button to close the dialog without saving changes.

 

Note: Signature deployment and generation was combined into one operation in the v6.2 release of Email Signature Manager.
